I am Patrick Marando the owner of Spiritually Minded. I have been studying spirituality and practicing the art of meditation for over 20 years. I have come to learn that spirituality is not a religious in nature but instead is the understanding that everything in existence is connected and part of the same whole. It’s about seeing the unity behind all life and recognising our connection to it. The foundation of my spiritual and meditative teachings is to promote and grow an inner journey with the intention of creating a deeper connection to your true self, your spirit.

By integrating different meditative practices, healings and teachings, I strive to promote an understanding of the spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional components of the human journey and assist you in discovering your inner peace and well-being, your true self.
